Come visit Jane and DJ at Dimond Hill Farm. As we gear up for up and coming growing season we find ourselves amidst a sea of plants. This years adventure has started and we hope that you will be apart of it.
Directions
Dimond Hill Farm is located on the west side of Concord near the Hopkinton line. Accessing the farm is simply enjoyable, as it is two miles from interstate 89 off exist four traveling north, or exist 5 traveling south. Route 202/9 through Hopkinton is one of beautiful sites and sounds as it is New England Village.
Traveling to the farm from downtown Concord just follow the signs to Concord hospital via Pleasant Street which is route 9. Once you have reached Concord Hospital continue for two miles until reaching the scenic hill top where on the right will be positioned Dimond Hill Farm. Upon entering Concord one can’t help to notice the large yellow farm house. Here is your destination for the day’s enjoyment.

Find our Big yellow farm on Routes 202/9, approximately 2 miles west of Concord Hospital and 3 miles east of Hopkinton village. Come enjoy the fabulous view and say hello to our llamas!
